We are qualified to re-wire existing homes. Likewise, our capabilities include updating, revamping, modernizing and modifying wiring for existing homes. We have an excellent working relationship with building inspectors. We update old knob-in-tube and Romex wiring. Not everyone can do this! However, we specialize in updating older work. We have experience dealing with balloon framing with wood-lath-plaster construction throughout, including modern metal-stud framing.

 

We have extensive knowledge about many facets of old-house remodeling. Specifically, we are familiar with old framing techniques and current electrical codes. This experience affords us the ability to provide service for new additions to older homes.
